Gather these documents before you apply and your pre-approval moves faster. Pick your income type, check items off as you go, and print or save the list for later.
Tip: Send every page of each document, even blank ones — lenders need the full file. Scans or clear phone photos are fine, and PDFs are easiest. Not sure about something? Bring it anyway; it's better to have it ready.
