Gather these documents before you apply and your pre-approval moves faster. Pick your income type, check items off as you go, and print or save the list for later.
Tip: Send every page of each document, even blank ones, lenders need the full file. Scans or clear phone photos are fine, and PDFs are easiest. Not sure about something? Bring it anyway; it's better to have it ready.
